This is a six bedroom house with two living rooms; two kitchens; two porches and ample yard space on either side.
We currently offer two-three person rooms; two-two person rooms and two-one person rooms for the house peer leader and Senior Resident. We strive to match roommates with personality traits similar to their own, to provide easy shared living arrangements.
We do accept all forms of Medication Assisted Treatment along with prescribed medication. Residents are required to adhere to the medication policy.
Weekly program fee of $225 is due on Sunday. Program fee includes heat, hot water, electric, internet. Weekly program fee does not include food/ meals/ or bathroom essentials. There is a $150 move in/admin fee.
6o3 Sober Living, LLC, utilizes the One-Step Software. This Software fast tracks intake; tracks program fees; location tracking for accountability purposes; meeting listing; chore lists; over night requests; drug screens outcomes and so much more. Each resident will be required to utilize this app and will sign an acceptance policy form.
The house is under 24/7 camera recorded surveillance. Providing security for our residents and adhere to the good neighbor rule.
